Fairfield, Iowa, is located in the southeast part of the state on the new major highway system between Des Moines and Burlington. It is just 22 miles east of the St Louis-Minneapolis corridor.

Our site, Southgate Plaza, will include the AmericInn and pads for a restaurant, a convenience store, and a retail strip.
The Fairfield AmericInn will be at the intersection of the new Hwy 34 by-pass (scheduled to open Dec 2008) and Hwy 1 South.
